We had a fantastic stay at a motel in Matamata. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The location was convenient, close to the town center and Hobbiton Movie Set. Despite a nearby railway line, we didn't experience any noise disturbance. we highly recommend this motel for a pleasant stay in Matamata.

The hotel with recently refurbished rooms, in a quiet area, close to the centre of Matamata. Magnificent and lovely location, 5 minutes' walk to Founders Park. Efficient check-in, late check-out. Not to mention private parking available onsite...

Location just next door to town centre and Hobbinton film Studio and grocery stores and restaurants and restaurants.

The hotel offers great value for money. Despite not having paid much for our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious feel of the accommodation. It seemed like we were staying in a much more expensive hotel.

There wasn't a single flaw with this hotel.

The room was excellent for a family because of its size and wonderful facilities.

Our stay at Matamata Central Motel was fantastic! The rooms were modern and fresh, with crisp clean sheets and a comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The cooking facilities were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Very clean, beautiful decor (great bathroom), very very cosy and enjoyable.

a good way to end my trip. location - absolutely perfect, not far from matamata attractions and main road and railway track. easy check-in, parking on-site. everything exceptional.
